Emcee
Author, entrepreneur and International speaker Daniel Lewis is the proud founder of the award-winning tea company T By Daniel. Daniel helps people and organizations adopt a more human-centric approach to business, entrepreneurship and life. His experiential business tactics have garnered him and his company national recognition and many awards and honours such as: the 2014 Young Entrepreneur of the Year, the 2016 Business Excellence Award and 2017 Top 40 Under 40 Entrepreneurs and just recently 2022 Global Visual Victories Silver Medal for most creative Pop-Up Store Design.

Deputy Mayor Harkirat Singh
Opening Remarks
Harkirat Singh is serving his second term as Brampton City Councillor and first as Deputy Mayor. A former School Board Trustee, professor, and OPSBA Regional Director, he is passionate about city building, politics, and climate action. He chairs the MedTech Task Force, founded the Niwaas Campus of Care Fundraising Cabinet, and has represented Brampton internationally at the G20 Urban20 Summit and Cities of the Americas Summit. Singh holds degrees in Economics, Public Administration, and Business, including an MBA from Schulich, and municipal administration diplomas from AMCTO. He is also a Research Fellow at the Broadbent Institute.

Roberta Iannacito-Provenzano
Opening Remarks
Roberta Iannacito-Provenzano is provost and vice-president, academic at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and a full professor in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures in the Faculty of Arts. In addition to serving as provost, Roberta is one of the three executive co-chairs of both the Presidential Implementation Committee to Confront Anti-Black Racism and the TRC Strategic Working Group at TMU.
